  Our Purpose The Blissfield Downtown Development Authority (DDA) was formed in 1992 in order to halt property value deterioration, eliminate the causes of that deterioration, increase property tax valuation where possible in the business district of the Village, and promote economic growth. Blissfield DDA District Boundaries The Blissfield DDA District encompasses most of the Village's business district along Highway 223 and downtown.
